If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of bh999h to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of bh999h's right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.
